On September 30, 2026, weBoost introduced Sky, a $149.99 magnetic roof booster made only for T-Satellite, T-Mobile's phone service that runs over Starlink satellites. It does not boost a Starlink dish, Wi-Fi or normal cell signal.

On its 14th test flight, SpaceX's Starship reached orbit and released 26 Starlink V3 satellites, the first of a much larger satellite generation. It does not change any plan, price or rule today.

RV Mobile Internet reported on August 28, 2026 that Starlink launched Personal Maritime, a $185-a-month plan for small recreational boats: unlimited use in territorial waters worldwide, no 30-day travel limit, Ocean Mode at $6 per GB, and no use on land.
Travel abroad
Starlink's travel page says existing customers moved to the new international policy on August 17, 2026. Roam Unlimited now works outside your home country or region for up to 30 days at a time; Roam 100GB and 300GB work only at home. Global Roam lines also ended that day, per press reports.

On July 30, 2026, Inseego announced a multi-carrier certified version of its MiFi PRO M4 5G hotspot. RV Mobile Internet reported on August 5 that the unlocked M4000 lists at $449 and works with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, plus Canadian and Mexican bands.

On July 28, 2026, RV Mobile Internet reported that the Standard kit had returned to new Roam orders on starlink.com at $349, less than a month after it was pulled on July 1. The same report covered a new 12-month installment option for the Mini.
