One row per change to a US travel plan: price, data allowance, what happens after the cap, in-motion, Standby, address and international rules, and the plan lineup.
Dates say what they are: announced, took effect, or first reported. Many changes hit new customers first and existing customers a month later; the row says so.
Sources: Starlink’s own help center where it states the rule, otherwise the earliest dated report we found, labeled “reported”. RV Mobile Internet’s news posts are the backbone for older changes.
Re-checked every 2 weeks March to September and monthly otherwise, and within 48 hours of an announced change. Method.

What changed with Roam Unlimited?
Since it launched in October 2024 at $165, Roam Unlimited went to $175 (new customers May 16, 2026; existing from June 18), lost its earlier allowance abroad (now 30 days at a time, from July 14, 2026 for new customers and Aug 17 for existing), and saw Ocean Mode rise from $2 to $6 per GB on Sep 27, 2026. Every row is in the table with its source.
When did in-motion rules change?
In-motion arrived in late 2022 with a $2,500 flat dish, was limited to under 10 mph on the old Mobile plans from Oct 1, 2023, came back at highway speed with the Roam plans in Oct 2024, got a 100 mph cap in March 2026, and was blocked on Standby Mode from about the same time.
