Using it while moving
In-motion use is allowed on every Roam plan in the US, with limits. These pages cover the rules and what to do when it stops working.
Quick answer
Every Roam plan allows use while moving in the US, up to 100 mph. Residential plans and Standby Mode don’t. The dish has to be a model rated for motion, fixed flat, and set up before you drive, never while.
